I'm a half size, what size should I order? Our Size Chart has USA/Canada full + half sizes, converted to European sizes (that our shoes are made in). In general, half sizes should size down, as shoes should fit snug (like a hug) and will loosen and form to your feet with wear. If you're unsure at all, we offer personalized suggestions through a quick online survey, where you answer 3 questions and we send you an email with the size we recommend for placing your order.
How long will it take to ship my shoes? We ship worldwide using USPS and/or UPS. USA orders take 2-5 days. Canadian orders now take around 7-14 days. International shipments vary by country but typically take 7-21 days. International shipments can sometimes be delayed when crossing the border.
What is your Exchange/Return Policy? We offer a 30-Day exchange/return policy on all regular priced, unworn products, purchased from us, within 30 days of delivery. Just fill in this form to get started: Exchange/Return Form

Pro Tip: Your local shoe repair shop is an excellent source for repairing, adjusting, and bringing new life to shoes. They have specific tools, training and materials to make almost every repair/adjustment needed. They can replace worn down heel caps, re-glue soles, clean/buff leather, loosen the fit, etc.
Will you be adding more heel heights and sizes? Yes we will! Since starting with our 3" heel, we've added heights in the range of 1"- 2.5". We continue to design shoes in the range of 1"- 3" to offer everyday style and comfort. Size wise, we'll be adding more sizes in the range of EUR 36, 41, 42, 43 based on customer demand.
Where are your shoes made? Our shoes are made in premium small-scale, family-run factories in Brazil and Colombia. We work closely with our factories, visiting them regularly to work on new designs and finalize details for production. We work exclusively with factories who align with our values of respect: respect for people, respect for quality and respect for the environment.
Why/How did you get into the shoe business? We got into the shoe business to make shoes feel better for women. To feel more like running shoes with cushioning, flexibility and support built-in. The path to making shoes started with lots of research, sketching, cutting up shoes to mix components, and visiting suppliers and factories to find the right fit. It's been quite a journey, and one we hope will bring positive, useful products to women's lives.
