I'm a half size, what size should I order?
In general, half sizes should size down, as leather shoes should fit snug (like a hug) and will loosen and form to your feet with wear. Our Size Chart shows USA/Canada sizes, converted to European sizes (which our shoes are made in).
If you're unsure at all, we offer personalized suggestions through a quick online survey, where you answer 4 questions and we send you an email with the size we recommend for placing your order.
How long will it take to ship my shoes?
We ship worldwide using USPS and/or UPS. USA orders take 2-7 days. International shipments vary by country but typically take 7-21 days. International shipments can sometimes be delayed and/or charged duty when crossing the border.

Pro Tip: Your local shoe repair shop is an excellent source for repairing, adjusting, and bringing new life to shoes. They have specific tools, training and materials to make almost every repair/adjustment needed. They can replace worn down heel caps, re-glue soles, clean/buff leather, loosen the fit, etc.
Will you be adding more heel heights and sizes?
At the moment, we are not adding more heel heights or sizes. We'll update this as it changes.
Where are your shoes made?
Our shoes are made in premium small-scale, family-run factories in Colombia and Brazil. We work closely with our factories to create new designs and finalize details for production. We work exclusively with factories who align with our values of respect: respect for people, respect for quality and respect for the environment.
Why/How did you get into the shoe business?
I got into the shoe business to make heels feel better for women. To feel more like running shoes with cushioning, flexibility and support built-in.
The path to making shoes started with lots of research, sketching, cutting up shoes to mix components, meeting industry experts, attending tradeshows, and visiting factories to find the right partners. It's been quite a journey, with lots of fun, learning, and even tears along the way!
